What equipment do you take?
Servers, storage, networking and security gear, desktops, laptops, tablets, phones, and loose drives and media. Not sure about something? Send the list and we'll tell you.
Can drives be destroyed on-site?
Yes. On-site shredding and degaussing mean drives never leave your facility intact. Off-site destruction at a certified facility is also an option.
What documentation will I get?
A serial-level asset report and a certificate of destruction for every job, plus recycling records for anything that isn't remarketed.
Will I get anything back for my equipment?
Often, yes. Gear with resale value is sanitized and resold, and the value comes back to you as a credit, with rebates possible on some jobs. Age, condition, and configuration drive what it's worth.
Who actually does the work?
PB&J ITAD is delivered with certified ITAD partners and managed by your PB&J rep. Our partners hold NAID AAA, e-Stewards, R2v3, RIOS, and ISO 14001 certifications.
Do you cover the US and Canada?
Yes. We support pickups across the US and Canada through our certified partner network.
Is there a minimum or a pickup fee?
Every job is different. Some jobs pay for themselves through value recovery; others carry pickup or processing fees. Send a rough list and your rep will tell you up front.
Can you handle classified media?
Our standard services cover commercial and controlled unclassified data. If you have classified requirements, call us to talk through options.
