Do I have to use all three?
No. Buy from us, maintain with us, retire with us, or use just one. Most customers start with whatever is most urgent, like an OEM renewal coming due or a closet full of old servers.
Who does the maintenance and ITAD work?
Both are partner-delivered. Certified ITAD partners and our TPM partners' engineers do the hands-on work. Your PB&J rep manages the contracts, schedules, and paperwork, so you still have one point of contact.
Can you plan a refresh and retire the old gear at the same time?
Yes. We line up new gear coming in and old gear going out on one schedule, so nothing sits in a closet waiting for pickup and nothing goes uncovered in between.
